What is licensable
The catalogue is original instrumental composition built around autonomic regulation. Slow harmonic movement, sustained voicings, no percussive attack, and no event structure designed to pull attention. It is written to be lived under rather than listened to.
Masters are delivered at broadcast loudness with stems available on request. Alternate tunings, including a true 432 Hz reference, are available where a project calls for it, tuned at source rather than pitch-shifted after the fact.

Rights and clearance
Every catalogue title is an original work. There are no samples requiring third-party clearance, no library material, and no split ownership to trace. One rights holder means one signature.
Fees are quoted per project against the usual factors: media, territory, term, exclusivity and whether the placement is promotional or commercial. Say what you need and you will get a number, not a rate card that does not fit.
Who wrote it
The Navigator is a BMI-registered composer, a United States military veteran, and a neuroscience practitioner. The Rooted Rhythm Media & Wellness is Veteran-Owned. The catalogue comes out of the same body of work as the published protocol library, which means the music was built against a mechanism rather than a mood board.
