Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

These terms cover digital products you buy directly on therootedrhythm.com from The Rooted Rhythm Media & Wellness (“The Rooted Rhythm,” “we,” or “us”). By completing a purchase, you agree to them. Books bought on Amazon, and anything bought through Etsy, fall under those platforms’ own terms and return policies instead.

What you’re buying

• The Field Card Deck, $1. A printable PDF.
• The Regulation Library, $24. A 55-page PDF for your own use.
• The Regulation Practitioner’s Kit, $36. A 13-page PDF with a commercial licence (see below).
• The Group Facilitation Kit, $44. A 16-page PDF with a commercial licence (see below).

Prices are in US dollars and charged once. Nothing renews. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

Everything is delivered instantly. After you pay, Stripe sends you straight to your download page.

• For the three kits, the download link works for 60 days from purchase, for up to 8 downloads. Save a copy to your device the first time.
• Lost the link, or it expired? Email navigator@therootedrhythm.com with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll send you a new one.

Refund policy

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. But if something went wrong, we’ll make it right:

• The file won’t download or open. We’ll fix it or get it to you another way. If we can’t, you get a full refund.
• You were charged twice, or charged by mistake. We’ll refund the extra or mistaken charge.
• You bought the wrong kit. We’ll swap it for the one you meant to buy, or refund it.

To ask, email navigator@therootedrhythm.com with the email address you used at checkout and what went wrong. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them. If there’s a problem with a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank. It’s almost always faster.

How you can use the files

The Field Card Deck and The Regulation Library are for your own personal use. Print them or keep them on your devices. Please don’t share, post, resell, or give away the files.

The Practitioner’s Kit and the Group Facilitation Kit include a commercial licence for the person who bought them:

• Yes: use the materials with your own paying clients or groups, in person or online. Print the handouts and participant materials and give copies to the people you work with. Reference the protocols in your own sessions and programmes.
• No: resell or redistribute the files, republish the contents as your own written work, or present the protocols as clinical treatment.

Everything in the products stays the copyright of The Rooted Rhythm Media & Wellness.

Education, not medical care

The products are education and self-practice. They don’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they aren’t a substitute for care from a qualified professional. The practitioner kits don’t confer a clinical qualification and don’t replace training, licensure, insurance, or the scope-of-practice rules where you work. You’re responsible for practising within your competence. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (veterans, press 1).

The fine print

• The products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• If we update these terms, the date at the top changes. The terms in place when you bought something apply to that purchase.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
