Six sessions.
One measurable arc.
A complete client engagement you can run from next week: intake through handover, with the forms, the handouts and the structure already built.

What is in it
- The Six-Session Arc. Fortnightly across twelve weeks, with what happens in session and what gets assigned after.
- Intake and Baseline Form. Client facing and printable, with a five measure baseline you repeat at session six.
- Four client handouts, one per protocol, each with practitioner and client signature lines.
- Referral Triggers and Scope of Practice.
- Outcome Tracking Grid for twelve clients.
The page other toolkits leave out
This one has a Referral Triggers page. When to refer to a physician. When to refer to a mental health clinician. When to pause the protocol. What to document every time. And the exact sentence to have ready, rehearsed before you need it.
It also states scope of practice plainly: you are teaching self-regulation skills, not treating a disorder. Skills training is coaching. Symptom treatment is clinical care. Knowing where that line sits is what protects you.
The licence
Yes: use these materials with your own paying clients, in person or online. Print the handouts and give physical copies to clients. Reference the protocols in your own sessions and programmes.
No: resell or redistribute the files. Republish the contents as your own written work. Represent the protocols as clinical treatment.
This toolkit does not confer a clinical qualification and is not a substitute for training, licensure, insurance, or the scope-of-practice rules where you work. You are responsible for practising within your competence.
